With the recent release of the TeamSpeak 6 Server Beta, we have created one.
As the TS-server itself is still in beta, this will be just a test instance for now.
Once the server goes to a stable state we will deprecate our TS3 server.
As of right now, TS3 clients can still connect to TS6 servers. They just cannot use the new features.
